First of all, i would like to introduce to you a brief information about the Philly cheese steak sandwich history. A cheesesteak is a sandwich made from thinly sliced pieces of beefsteak and melted cheese in a long hero bread or hoagie roll. A popular regional fast food, it has its roots in the U.S. city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is why they called it Philly after that.
The cheese steak started its official debut in early 1930, USA. Founded by chance by a hot dog vendor when he decided to put some beef on his grill with some vegetables and cooked them well in butter. Then he added some cheese to it. The cheese got melted together with the meat and vegetables in the butter and makes a great smell. After that, a lot of people smelled this great lovely smell; which came from the cheese steak. Then they started asking for their own steak sandwiches.
