I was so glad when I heard their answers and then I collect some of these answers that most people agreed on: love most about Ramadan.

First of all is the Gathering it’s one of love most about Ramadan.

Gathering is the great thing in Ramadan; everybody rank it in the first place of What People Love Most About Ramadan?

There are so many kinds of gatherings in Ramadan the holy month. The most important one is gathering for praying. Which mean everybody collects all his/her family member, friends or neighbors and relatives then go to the nearest mosque for praying. It starts from the first pray until the last one; and all prays gatherings are optional not a must.

Second kind of gathering is gathering for eating food. Where you can see all family members, relatives and friends invite each other to eat the breakfast together. It’s the same thing like Christmas Eve.

Third kind of gathering is gathering for drinking something or watching TV or sitting on coffee shop. All of that happens after the praying times and food time. You can say its relaxing time of the day though.

What People Love Most About Ramadan : The Food.

Probably for some Muslims and non Muslims the food is the favorite thing about the gatherings. I think after fasting the Ramadan day; everybody will love the food during Iftar gatherings. Because you may find so much variety in food , so many delicious dishes to choose from and so much more. You think that you will eat all of these delicious dishes in the same time once you eat. But the truth is you will eat until you feel you are full and then you will quit eating.

Drinks are also one of love most about Ramadan.

I think after long day of fasting the Ramadan day; you have to drink a lot of water and more sweet drinks to replace what you lost of water during the day.

The non Muslim Friends are Fasting in Support of the Muslim Friends.

This is one of the favorite things about the holy Ramadan the non Muslim Friends to fast in support of the Muslim Friends. And after that we can have Iftar together later on in the end of the day.

For all non Muslim people they will feel nice to able to share such a great experience with the Muslim people.

The empty streets during the Iftar time

I bet that nobody believe that they can see the empty streets in the middle of the day.

Well, you can grab the opportunity to witness the empty streets in that time, which is a rare occurrence except in Ramadan. This phenomenon you can just see more in the Muslim regions such as Egypt, UAE etc…

The holy month decorations

Actually you will find every single house; building, mosque or even restaurant and company dressed up for the holy month decorations. Even if they are non Muslim people; they works together side by side to show off where you can find they best decoration.

The charitable spirit concept

In the holy month you will find everyone makes the maximum effort to prepare and donate food packages during Ramadan. You may find the person make the food at home or may find some others buy the food from any restaurant. The important thing is spirit of giving and sharing. It is very precious and contagious too.

Or to those people who won’t make it home in time for Iftar. They make very long table so everybody can site to eat or drink freely without paying anything. Most people make that for both Iftar and Sehor.

The desserts

It means so much sugar; everybody loves it. But I think the desserts are definitely one of everybody favorite things when we are talking about Ramadan.

Atayef and Konafa are the best desserts you can eat in Ramadan. I don’t think I can put them into regular words. Because you can’t imagine how you will be excited to eat them. Konafa with mango and Atayef with almonds and nutella win a “New Great Level of Deliciousness” award.

The Mesaharaty

Is the person who calls and reminds all Muslim to eat the last meal before they start fast. It’s awesome to hear him pass next to our houses while he’s holding his own little tabla he taps on. By the way the last time you will see him in the Eid then back again in next Ramadan. Finlay don’t forget to share all the information with your family and friends.
